only is you increase the mass of the neck soo much to the point where it’s compressing your airways. i highly highly doubt you will build enough muscle to the point where this is a problem, and you wouldn’t need that much mass to achieve ideal jaw to neck ratio anyway. once you get enough neck width, just train it once a week to maintain and not increase mass even moreno iam not recessed @<6PSLcel just said that you can get sleep apnea from neck training
