can you get temporal lift before bimax

would it have any effect on the bimax idk if that's a stupid question
 
like bc the extra bone movement might stretch the skin right? and change the results on the cheek/lip area from the temporal lift or make it look different

A general rule is to just do soft tissue surgery after any implant or osteotomy because the bone will affect the soft tissue. It’s much better to wait after your jaw surgery and then reevaluate
