Not sure but I'll do share a personal story.
People often tell me my eyebrows have quite a feminine arch to them. I got them done only once from a female stylist at a salon JFL
Let's hope she didn't apply her female aesthetic knowledge to my face

One of the active members from Looksmax site told me I could make the eyebrows straighter by plucking them from the bottom half. Don't trim from the top. If your brows already high set than leave them as they are. Try minoxidil but it has side effects!

No,they are at least long enough atm
You don't want to be looking like a cartoon after trimming them short

thought so, they aren‘t nearly wide enough, and would look dumb if i trimmed the downward tilt, since that at least gives me some more width

legit have the same eyebrows as you, add peppermint and castor oil to the top of the outer tilt, then shave off some of that downwards tilt on your eyebrow
