If you gym and posturemaxx along with glucosamine and decompression you can probably get 1-3 inches of hidden height. Ask gpt for advice. Me personally I’ve gotten around 1.5 already and feel like I can get more. I am just about 6’4 barefoot in the morning.

Fixed my posture by strengthening my core and back at the gym, spammed glucosamine (split dosage morning and night around 2-3g combined), chiropractor, inversion table. Various stretches work as well like cobra pose and shoulder blade squeezes. If you’re already strong you probably won’t see more than an inch from this but if you’re weak like when I started you can probably get 1.5, and if you have other back issues possibly more

Oh and glucosamine I have no clue if it’s safe but if you’re still growing it’s not worth keeping 1.5 or so cm at night extra especially if you don’t really go clubbing or to bars at night yet

Yes I have scoliosis as well. Follow what I did minus the glucosamine until you really start to go out at night tbh. Also ask gpt for advice it basically built my whole routine

Good starting point you could try other stretches too. Basically anything that’s targeting your core, also I’d do gym for your entire body just because of muscular imbalances

Im 5'10.5 at night do you think with stretching and glucosamine i can reach 6' barefoot at night? My posture is pretty bad as well idt i have scoliosis or anything but ppl have told me its noticeably bad.

It’s not bad but it’s pointless if you don’t desperately need the extra inch at night tbh. If you’re not going out consistently and you’re just wasting time at home there’s no point to it. All it does is hydrate discs and keep pretty much all of your morning height

If you take more than 1.5g a day you could start inhibiting instead of upregulating
Recommended is 0.5g 3x day or 0.75 x2
Hyaluronic acid dosing is safer imo, I have a thread on it

it says u limit who views ur profile my posture is bad but i dont have like kyphosis or anything but i do noticeably slouch and walk weird and a tiny bit hunched if i take glucosamine ill be 5'11.75 throughout the day you think 6'1.5 is possible?
 
also what did inversion table do for you? did it rlly increase ur height at all and which one did you buy, how often did u do it, etc. lastly did u try hanging from a bar did that work for u any?

6’1 maybe. If you’re on the weaker side 6’1.5 is possible with dedication but you’d have to maintain that forever basically. Essentially constantly do stretches daily etc

Postural gains are yes. The decompression gains aren’t. And yes that’s all I did but I had and still have a severe case of spinal misalignment mostly from sports injuries when I was younger. I can maybe get another 1-2 cm if I’m lucky, but I’m a very specific case.

I don’t check morning height anymore so I can’t tell you if I lose that much but I’m still around 6’3.8 ish at night and before glucosamine it was probably 0.5 in less. In the morning I’m maybe .1 more if I had to guess but I’m not sure. Banded sleeping is fake and gay. There’s a YouTuber experimenting with it though I forgot the name but should be easy to find

I get it either from vitamin shoppe or Whole Foods doesn’t matter I do 2g a day ish but I really just chuck the pills in my mouth there’s no sides that I’ve had

Definitely over double the dose on the label and I do it 2x a day btw

so u do 4 grams total? i do 3.6 grams total (1.8 grams 2x a day). I think it should be fine might up dose to 3x now though
