Fixed my posture by strengthening my core and back at the gym, spammed glucosamine (split dosage morning and night around 2-3g combined), chiropractor, inversion table. Various stretches work as well like cobra pose and shoulder blade squeezes. If you’re already strong you probably won’t see more than an inch from this but if you’re weak like when I started you can probably get 1.5, and if you have other back issues possibly morewhat are you doing? and is glucosamine safe for open-plate teens?

Inversion table is for decompression in the spine. It’s a luxury and def not a necessity (also a complete bitch to build) but it gave me similar benefits to what a chiro gave me except at home. Probably only like 1 cm gain. I use it at night before I go out since everyone is at night height by then it gives me an even slighter edge.also what did inversion table do for you? did it rlly increase ur height at all and which one did you buy, how often did u do it, etc. lastly did u try hanging from a bar did that work for u any?

Hanging from a bar does the exact same thing as an inversion table. Literally same concept. I did do that for a bit until I got the inversion table, and sometimes still do it when I warm up before the gym. Gives pretty much the same benefit
