Can you guys please help me make this decision

Tonight I can have dinner with my sister who’s in uni/college. It’s a nice Italian place with good pizza, but I’m cutting rn and eating the pizza would put me in a 600 surplus for today. Also I’ve been struggling last 14 days and have had 4 cheat days where I’ve been in 1-2k surplus. I’ve been locked in on cut id say 90 percent of food is clean but still. Should I skip it becasue i fucked up last week or not
