Hi everyone, I’m a very shy young 23 years old man who never got lots of opportunities to get women , I did have sex a few times but it was never women I really liked , either physically or mentally.

I’m 6’2 (190 cm), some of my friends , my family always tell me I’m handsome but since I’m never getting women to tell me I don’t know if I Am or if it’s just my entourage trying to make me feel better
I’m tall I have a little muscles but I’m not jacked tho.
I don’t want to post my pictures here so if I can dm anyone to tell me what u think of me , rate me from 1 to 10 in your opinion and maybe give me advices on what I can improve, I’m an introvert btw and when I don’t have any eye contact I just can’t get myself to approach a woman bc I’m too scared to be rejected, my self esteem is really really low it’s crazy .

Well tbh I kinda don’t care (at least for now) about the body , I just want to know opinions about the facial attractiveness , I never measured my arms and waist

Beyond that level of muscle mass, not many women will actually care. Getting to this level may require around 2-3 years of efficient bulking. This is 2-3 consistent years where you're not taking months off from the gym. And you'd have to train to failure on every set with 0 reps in reserve.

You want a bodybuilding program that will add size in the right areas, not the typical programs that make you bench 2 plates with 13 inch arms, since women are not going to care at how much you can lift. My favorite fitness channels are Natural Hypertrophy, Basement Bodybuilding and Geoffrey Verity Schofield, all 3 are elite naturals with 10+ years of experience in the gym, and they give great advice and they all have free programs.

Your face is good enough but, and don't take this the wrong way, you kind of have the body shape of a teenager.
That might have worked when you were 15-16 but the older you get, the more women care about you being big because they want a man, not a little boy. Being skinny might work for someone like Chico Lachowski, but when you're a normie, you kind of have to focus on the body because that can ascend you to high tier normie, then you get on dating apps with douchey photos where you show off your muscles and women suddenly want to sleep with you.

It takes a lot of effort for me to build muscle because I’m an ectomorph I have very long arms and long legs it’s not as easy as it is for someone shorter

But if you want to attract women without having to make lots of money, you have to be really sexy, like the kind of guy they feel can take charge in bed and dominate them. Many women fantasize about being thrown around in bed and choked by a muscular guy. If you look like a skinny twig, they're not going to be turned on.

Women watch porn too. Look at the male pornstars, they're usually very muscular and ripped but they're not built like pro-bodybuilders. All you have to do is look like a pornstar and then you can fuck like a pornstar. I've seen it happen. My little brother has a friend who used to be fat who got muscular and he would get hundreds of matches on Tinder in a very short time, and he went on so many dates and got laid so many times. But before he got muscular, women wanted nothing to do with him.

Well believe it or not I know how to fuck very well I’m not a pro but I can handle a woman well I never needed muscles for that , but of course if I improve my body I’ll be better and more attractive ,did u build muscles ? how would u rate yourself from a 1-10 scale ? And me ?

No such thing as an ectomorph. Long arms will make you weak at the bench press, but strong at the deadlift.

Ultimately it doesn't even matter what your leverages are. Want big arms? Train them with high volume 2-3 times per week with at least 1 day of rest in between. Do 10-12 weekly sets to begin with, in the 8-12 rep range, going to failure (until you can't do another rep). During that time, you want to also use a 10% caloric surplus. This will not require you to forcefeed since your appetite will adapt if you train hard enough. Many guys make the mistake of not training to failure and going on a 30+% calorie surplus and then they wonder why it's so hard to eat enough.

It's not going to happen overnight. But in just 4 months, people will compliment you on your progress. Eventually, they'll shame you though, so just don't listen to them.

My transformation is in my signature. I'm nowhere near my goal yet but I'm pretty close. My arms look decently built when I wear a shirt. But like yours, they're very long so I'm going to need at least 16-17 inches to look big.

From an instinctive level, it makes you more attractive than any other man who does not have this quality. Women who want to hookup will choose a muscular guy over a skinny guy any day of the week, even if the skinny guy looks cuter.

Creatine boosts performance so it's a good supplement but it doesn't suddenly make you muscular, it just means that if in a year you would have built 16 lbs of muscle, you may build 20 lbs of muscle instead.

Also, it's not about heavy weights, what you want is sets of 8-12 reps or 6-10 reps, where you go to failure on each set, and it's not about how much you lift but say you manage to surpass the rep range by doing 14 reps for the 8-12 rep range, then you increase the weight to remain in the rep range. 5-30 reps builds muscle but the closer you get to 30, the more limited you are by your endurance, which leads to less gains.

The truth is, women have different preferences, some dislike muscles and some love it. But on average, women prefer a muscular ripped physique than a lanky skinny body. Usually, this applies to hookups but hookups can easily turn into long term relationships afterwards. Used to know a guy on here by the username of @fogdart don't know if he is still active, but he basically looks like the average black guy you might see walking around in any African country, but due to his muscular ripped physique, he gets a ton of matches on Tinder. Women thirst for muscles on Tinder.

One thing that helped me a lot in gymmaxxing is getting a home gym, it's easier to be consistent when your equipment is at home and you don't have to commute to a gym. I use a bluetooth speaker and put my own music and it's great. I can eat right after lifting, and then take a shower in the privacy of my own home. If you have a busy work schedule or study schedule, this is ideal.

It doesn't have to cost thousands either. All you need is 2 bowflex dumbbells, a solid flat bench, and you can do every muscle group. For legs, you can do bulgarian split squats, lunges or even goblet squats. For upper body: bench press, shoulder press, single arm rows, overhead tricep extensions, bicep curls, reverse curls.



Adjustable Dumbbell pair: 429 USD

Total: 485.70 USD (basically the price of a PS5)

FFMI is a good indicator of muscular potential. You can calculate yours here: https://ffmicalculator.org/

Waist size is how you'll determine body fat percentage. A waist that is 43-44% of your height will be 10%, and a waist that is 50% of your height will be 20-22%. Simply measure your waist and your weight and enter them in the calculator.

This will not happen overnight though, you'll want to gain 2lbs per month. In 1 year, that translates to 24 lbs gained, more than half of that will be muscle if you train hard and properly and with enough volume and recover properly (sleep and eat enough). You need to cut when your waist becomes as big as 48% of your height to not become fat.

The key to building muscle is training to failure with enough volume to both grow and recover from. That will usually be 3 sets per muscle group twice a week, except if your arms aren't growing, it might be more beneficial to do 5 sets 2-3 times per week for them. Chest will grow just fine with 3 sets of bench press twice a week. Machines are also a viable option.
