I don't think height is that important for presence. A tall guy with no girth or skull size will not have presence. A manlet but girthy for his height will. Skull size obv does. Irrelevant to height/girth of body.

Things like Broad shoulders are much more important

I disagree. I have seen 5'1 woman or 5'3 men who have more presence than skinny 5'11. But that men and women are kinda wide side with large skull. Height is just an amplifier.

6 feet with 22 inch skull + 18 bideltoild will have lower presence than 5'5 24 inch skull + 23 bideltoid.
But 5'9 24 inch skull + 23 bideltoid will have more presence than the 5'5 24 inch skull + 23 bideltoid.
