Is there a look a like who isn't his phenotype but still white ? His ramus somehow seems average tho. I think @TeemoNation 's question is, if, for example, mandibular angle implants or chin-wing could ascend you.
The question: Good looking guys with big ramus ?

Im positive you can. I don't think its to uncommon among nordic phenotype. Or protonordid or whatever the fuck its called.

I know picture attatched isn't 90 degree angle but relatively close for a tall face.

Tall face? Sure. Just have extremely long upper and middle thirds.

If you want a proportionately tall lower third, you're going to need a monster ramus. Those are very rare.

But 90° isn't ideal. According to studies 130° is, but that's a little liberal. Anywhere from 110° to 130° and you're probably golden.
