Can you help me understand what exactly the issue is with my weak lower-third?

I’m in the early stages of researching potential surgical procedures that could enhance my lower third. I’d ideally like to have a more prominent and angular jawline/chin, and I’m trying to get more understanding of what exactly my issues are, so that I can have a better idea of which procedures I may benefit from.

From the pictures below, does it appear that my chin, mandible, or maxilla is recessed? I’m pretty certain that my chin is, and that I’d benefit from a genioplasty, but I’m less sure about my mandible and maxilla. Do you think I would benefit from bimax surgery, or would I be better off thinking about implants alongside the genio?

Thanks.

By “vertical height”, do you mean elongation of the ramus? And can this be achieved with bimax and a genio, or would it require implants, too?

Thanks.

Jaw surgery candidate.

Consult a few surgeons. They will come up with a plan for you.
