Can you know if your growth plates stopped growing naturally?

Yeah, you can get a good idea if your growth plates have closed naturally, but to know for sure, you'd usually need an X-ray. Signs like not getting taller anymore or reaching a certain age can give you a hint, though.

but I stopped growing in height like 6-12 months ago and I still notice some growth in my brow ridge, clavicle, slightly in the mandible and I still think my other facial bones are growing just a tiny bit so I think height isn't a good factor
