I'm leanmaxxing right now, I have a liitle bit of UEE and no hooding.

Doesn't look bad but I'd like to get hooding + undereye fat for dark circles

I want to do fat graft, but I wonder if I'd lose it if I cut to 8% body fat from 13%

I suppose genetics play a role? I didn't have that much of a hooding even when i was fat

And let's say even if I lose fat in periorbital region, I suppose it would be easier to gain it back because fat cells didn't die, but shrank?

maybe it's better to use fillers in my case so I don't waste grafted fat

Pls help me guys I'm a confused

1) I am around 13-15
2) I will get to 8 you don't know me son

And how the f they'll get liposuction when I'm 8%? I think they need you to be fatter for that?

It depends.

Unfortunately it varies a lot from person to person, and reports up to now show that after a year, you can generally expect to retain 20%-80% of the fat that was injected.

Fat cells shrink and expand, and they generally stay consistent and don’t disappear or add up as you lose or gain weight.

So once you know this it’s pretty easy to understand that if say, you retained 60% of the injected fat after a year, they’re now integrated in your body and losing or gaining weight will simply cause them to shrink as you lose the weight and not disappear.
