I have a long midface, oblong head, minimal forward growth, so jaw implants would just make me look like a vertical watermelon. Would throw off harmony. Is it possible to get fillers 'under' the mandible or on the inside rather than the outside, so my gonial gets lower (improving my profile) but my frontal looks the same?
