Can you maintain physique with minimal training and TRT after roids?

Yeah ive maintained all my muscle on a slightly high trt of 180. 105ks my twin brother who never used them but goes to the gym i only 84. I lost some weight but no strength mostly its just glycogen loss on the lower dose. Ive experimented with injecting 500mg test for 2-3 weeks and my weight goes back up to wht it was when i was at the end of my heavy use blasting tren and anadrol.

Its my belief this is the optimal way to do it for a young person. U build the physique foundation on the heavt doses when ur young and ur bodies resilient/ less susceptible to negative health conscequences. Then u maintain on trt and throw in 300-400mg test maybe once a year if u feel like it.

Yeah I still work out a fair amount because I just like how it makes me feel but I dont even do bench anymore for example just weighted dips. I dont prioritise covering everything once-twice a week and I just work what I feel like. You really dont lose muscle fast at all aslong as ur calories are adequate and ur getting some stimulation to the muscle. Even when i was sick and didnt eat for 6 days I pretty much regained all my weight within a week because I just lost glycogen.

I thought i would be dependant on 6 days ppl for the rest of my life after roiding

No ive gone through pretty long phases where i literally just did some full body workout circuits a couple times a week with weighted push ups, goblet squats, dbell rows and one handed kettlebell swings and lost nothing.

Most likely you will keep your gains with trt just by lowering the weight as less as possible and doing one set to failure only per exercice

No never posting pics of my face or body on this forum I dont want to be recognised for being on here if somebody uses it. Now its more mainstream the chance or one of my friend coming across it looking for hair loss advice or something and seeing my profile has become way higher thn bk 10 years ago in puahate days when it was a rly fringe part of the internet.

I fluctuate between 99kg at my lowest and 105kg heaviest. Pretty lean got veins on calves, arms and a shoulder veins. Biggest weak point is biceps (bad insertion in that area and my forearms overpower them) and if I juiced again id focus my quads a bit more I think they could be better relative to my glutes/hamstrings.

Nah hes bigger thn me there and holding way more water looks like hes on heavy doses. Prob why he had tht heart attack a couple of years ago (because heavy doses for a long time).

My bodys closer to the guy in my profile pic in 96 to 97 atm tbh (in composition obv insertions are different). It was more like the guy u posted when I was on the heavier doses and holding the extra water etc. At this point I feel better still holding allot of muscle but being a bit lighter and athletic though. U dont realise how shit u felt being excessively heavy and holding the water from the juice (because u hold it around ur heart too) untill u drop some weight.

Yeah people really overestimate how easy it is to lose muscle. Ive been on a big calorie deficit and doing nothing but bodyweight workouts for the last year. Two weeks of eating maintenance calories and 300mg test and I was the same size again.

Muscle memory is e juicers ie like 10x what is is in natties and its a bi thing even in them. Thats why they all gype kevin levrone traiing 4 months of the year and packing on 60 pounds lean really quick. Reality any of these big pro bodybuilders could do it if they went off completley for4-6 months.
