It's part of my surgery planning, the goal is to keep the procedures minimal as possible so I can avoid getting a cantho.

Why not?I wouldn't risk it.
I'd have to see your exact eye area, but I just think the safety net of implants is defeated if you get too close to the eye itself. Why not?
Well I have those hollow dark areas underneath my lower eyelid + the right side of my face is a bit deformed so my right eye's lid is slightly lower set than the left. I would do it for symmetrie's sake. But it's not that much of a big failo compared to my other flaws.I'd have to see your exact eye area, but I just think the safety net of implants is defeated if you get too close to the eye itself.
Yes you can but it is much riskier if saddled and closer to the eye, just get a small saddle and a little projection from implants accompanied with fat grafts if needed, you can get lower lid retraction tho so it's much safer and much more natural looking than chantoIt's part of my surgery planning, the goal is to keep the procedures minimal as possible so I can avoid getting a cantho.
