i had same problem , some solutions are(the younger you are the more effective and faster the results would be)
1.Place a warm compress over your ear

if you have money

• Use special tapes and clips that hold the ear in the desired place temporarily.
• Use ear splints or molds designed for newborns to shape their soft cartilage.

i dunno i dont have the money to purchase things like that so i just daily do warm compresses and wait for hair to grow back and just fraud

did this in 8th grade for like 3 months i got some kind of inflammation behind em for a while now i have a scar, u can do it for special occasion doe .
