long philtrum and bad ipd are some of your bad ratios, i would say that that too are the worst ones, you can fix easily and cheap ohiltrum with a lip lift, and the ipd is basically impossible bc you would need an obo and is very dangerous and almost no one gets it also bc of the price, you can fraud it not entirely with hair

I will somehow make it work thank you for the rating and I will look into a lip lift but need sometime to recover from my septo/rhinoplasty and also what do you think about jaw implants? Could that possibly balance out the face a bit more?
