I cant get accutane i ask my doc where i get skin meds and he Said akkne ist Not Bad enogh but i probably Just get surgery when inam 18 what would you rate what are other flaws

Your mouth looks a little bit weird but thats okay. Besides that you have good hair and a strong eye area I d say MMTN–HMTN, with LHTN potential.

good eyes but fucked up nose lips are a bit weird cant really fix them you can only fix nose by loosing bf% but since your skinny you cant change shit your bones are good aswell so mltn-hltn potential is mtn-mmtn
