He kind have it already. It just camera angle and squint that make his eyes full hooded. No hoods make you look like mongolian.

I think some UEE is inevitable in people with "hunter eyes". Most of the hunter eyes we're seeing people are squinting when the shot is taken and in most people (even with Hunter eyes) there's normally a little UEE when they're not posing.
