not sure. I try to make sure i walk as correct as possible meaning placing first the heel down and "rolling" the foot properly as its supposed to anatomically.

Yeah i tend to do that but my pelvic area will start go forward if i dont engage muscles in that area

as a 10 year expert lif wearer i saw the lifts the nanosecond i looked photo look at ur femur curve and ur ankle jfl it will look 50x worse when u walk just wear baggy
