Can you train with expansion devices on?

Can you GymMaxx while having MSE on? Or any bone borne expansion device?

No vibrations, or sudden movements. You don't want the screws or half of them to loosen from the bone. When I'll get the bone distraction appliances, I'll walk like I'm constantly in a minefield for fear of shaking the appliance out of its place lol.
