I want to get a wider frame is it possible to just train shoulders almost every day? Or will it put to much pressure to the shoulders?

u talking about nucleus overloadI want to get a wider frame is it possible to just train shoulders almost every day? Or will it put to much pressure to the shoulders?
I thought for nucleus overload you should train light and not to failure, with short rest timeu talking about nucleus overload
id give it a try just do heavy ass sets with low reps and low volume so you dont accumulate much fatigue and have a easier time recovering
preferably just do a machine lateral raise
idk i thought it was just training every dayI thought for nucleus overload you should train light and not to failure, with short rest time
Muscle growth happen during sleep, no point training again if you body didn't finish to repait your muscle tissue. I wouldn't go more often than evrey other dayI want to get a wider frame is it possible to just train shoulders almost every day? Or will it put to much pressure to the shoulders?
nah cuz you'll be far from failureidk i thought it was just training every day
but training light with higher reps will fatigue you more so thats shit
wdym, how would you be farnah cuz you'll be far from failure
and heavy lateral raises is counterproductive, you'll just cheat or smth, would only recommand if you have exp with lifting already
because you don't want fatigue. You're not training to break down muscle tissue with nucleus overload so no need to go to failure.wdym, how would you be far
ok go do heavy (5 reps or so I imagine) lat raises on 2 days in a row and tell me if you managed to do same weight same reps. If you did, congrats, do it for 5 more dayson a machine you cant cheat nearly as much
muscle breakdown causing hypertrophy is a known mythbecause you don't want fatigue. You're not training to break down muscle tissue with nucleus overload so no need to go to failure.
Since nucleus overload = high volume and high frequency, you have to drop the intensity,
i said low volume for a reason. its easier to recover from as long as you sleep correctlyok go do heavy (5 reps or so I imagine) lat raises on 2 days in a row and tell me if you managed to do same weight same reps. If you did, congrats, do it for 5 more days
Low volume is trash.muscle breakdown causing hypertrophy is a known myth
also i dont think failure is necessary almost always (2-0 rir) is probably best
i said low volume for a reason. its easier to recover from as long as you sleep correctly
explain how low volume is trashLow volume is trash.
Really, do it, train your shoulder heavy multiple days in a row and see how fast your strength & perfs crumble you'll quickly figure how counterproductive it is.
can't bother, look at literally every muscle building evidence from 50 years ago till now on natty and roided culturists and novice trainers, Mid to high volume is necessary.h

i have wide clavicles and almost do not train shoulders at allI want to get a wider frame is it possible to just train shoulders almost every day? Or will it put to much pressure to the shoulders?
nobody listens to yates or mentzer anymorecan't bother, look at literally every muscle building evidence from 50 years ago till now on natty and roided culturists and novice trainers, Mid to high volume is necessary.
Inb4 Muh Mentez muh Yates, ok go take meth before your workout to reach the necessary intensity to match the severe lack of volume
From experience PPLnobody listens to yates or mentzer anymore
they preached a bro split and just low frequency in general.
obviously high volume is a bit more stimulating but it takes longer to recover meaning you cant train as often.
who do you think will make more gains, someone that does fb 3x a week or ppl 6x a week
Count the effective sets & reps instead of days and you'll see how it doesn't work outyou have 156 chances to hit everything with fb compared to ppl which is about 104
Of course, 10 sets max per muscle group per day and on diff movment patternsalso higher volume isnt as stimulating as you think since your already fatigued from previous sets
tbh i kinda agree here. i do upper lowerFrom experience PPL
Impossible to get decent volume with 3xfb without spending 2h+ in the gym and impossible to train hard for that long so it's better to do shorter more focused days.
wdym.Count the effective sets & reps instead of days and you'll see how it doesn't work out
cant rnsend me you training plan pls
