The only time you see dramatic changes is due to medical surgery or something like a person taking horemone therapy, as with men taking test there muscles and bones in there face will literally morph to have more bone density and grow in mass. Men taking estrogen will see a change in skin and muscle chnages and their bones loss bone density and the bones in morph and change in shape and mass.

Surgery such as cutting parts of the jaw and using pins, causes the body to go into over-drive and produce bone and tissue into a space that was created, Basically mewing tries to mimic this but it cannot be done to the same dramatic effect in adults as most of the face if not all is done growing.
