Yea, no disease replicates the dead man walking aspect of it, I've watched a few of the "cancer journey" videos on youtube, man that shit is wack, they're normal until like a week until they die.
And especially the way the medical system handles it, by telling you your only option is to put your body through the worst poisoning possible
