Cant be young forever

I feel like this is kind of a stupid old geezer thing to say but it really is true, you cant be young forever. I feel like wasting time on this site is a disaster for young people. Even if youre ugly, no connections, no social skills, there is lots you can do, and while youre young you have the energy and ability to do things that you cant do when you are getting old. Shitposting online is entertaining but maybe I will regret it one day

I've never used social media of any kind. Last October I became a member of an incel forum, and more recently here. I've always been pretty happy. Recently I've noticed there's a real lack of joy in my heart. I still do all the things I did before becoming a member of these two forums. My time here doesn't take away from anything. But there's a certain blackness in my soul that never existed before. This place is addictive. I like seeing the notifications and whatnot. In my subconscious though I know it's all synthetic. With it comes a dark cloud. I'm probably more sensetive to the source of this unhappiness (meaning it's more easy for me to pinpoint), because I've never used social media before. That includes tinder, dating sites, reddit, yahoo, facebook (and the like), or any other kind of forum. I used to have a youtube account just so I could watch 18+ videos. I never participated in the comment sections.

Anyways I've always known what's good for me, so there will definitely come a time when I'll pull the plug on this site for good. For now though, I'll stick around.
