Can't believe this happened to me

Recently (like a week ago) a girl avoided walking in front of me after coming off the bus (it was at 8pm and there was only one other person excluding me on it in all fairness) by pretending to enter the automatic door to the parking ramp. I immediately realized what she was doing and walked past her only to see in my peripheral vision her pivot and start walking behind me

Mind you the other person (who was also a girl) was originally walking behind me the whole time a similar distance away from me than I was from the girl

I'm not even ugly, just low trust, but I've never had a girl be scared of me before and I was shocked when it happened. I couldn't help but smile in disbelief

To add insult to injury I'm black but she was mixed so what the hell was she even scared for

I'd say somewhere in-between mixed and dark skin leaning towards mixed
