Doesnt make sense that the hairloss would be even across the scalp.Extremely rare condition. It’s most likely mpb
Its not aggressive though. Theres been no changes in half a year, but I know that its going away because the hairs are miniaturizedDUPA is an immune system issue and it’s very rare. You probably just have aggressive MPB
Retrograde only affects nape and sides. My occipital area is equally effected as my the rest of the scallIt may be retrograde alopecia which is DHT related and can be treated with fin. I have hair loss on the back and sides and fin didn't really do anything for me there, it helped the hair on top though.
So is mine but it hasn't got much worse over the years, I first noticed it in 2018 and didn't get on treatment until 2021. Did yours all start at the same time? my back and sides started thinning and then the top started thinning a year later. I think I have mpb on top because fin helped me there. I have no idea what causes hair loss on the sides and back, nobody in my family has ever had that happen. My occipital area is equally effected as my the rest of the scall
Idk when it started. But ive been freaking out about losing my hair on and off for about 3 years atp. But only in the last half year has the fear been actually founded in anything logical. So is mine but it hasn't got much worse over the years, I first noticed it in 2018 and didn't get on treatment until 2021. The top is the most important. You can always just get a fade if the thinning gets bad on the back and sides. My back and sides look thicker when grown out.Idk when it started. As long as it stabilizes as a reasonable density on the sides and fin stops the loss on top its fine tho tbh
For how long has it been stabke and could you share pics? The top is the most important. You can always just get a fade if the thinning gets bad on the back and sides. My back and sides look thicker when grown out.
