It may be retrograde alopecia which is DHT related and can be treated with fin. I have hair loss on the back and sides and fin didn't really do anything for me there, it helped the hair on top though.

Extremely rare condition. It’s most likely mpb

DUPA is an immune system issue and it’s very rare. You probably just have aggressive MPB

Doesnt make sense that the hairloss would be even across the scalp.

Its not aggressive though. Theres been no changes in half a year, but I know that its going away because the hairs are miniaturized

Retrograde only affects nape and sides. My occipital area is equally effected as my the rest of the scall

So is mine but it hasn't got much worse over the years, I first noticed it in 2018 and didn't get on treatment until 2021. Did yours all start at the same time? my back and sides started thinning and then the top started thinning a year later. I think I have mpb on top because fin helped me there. I have no idea what causes hair loss on the sides and back, nobody in my family has ever had that happen.

Idk when it started. But ive been freaking out about losing my hair on and off for about 3 years atp. But only in the last half year has the fear been actually founded in anything logical.

As long as it stabilizes as a reasonable density on the sides and fin stops the loss on top its fine tho tbh

The top is the most important. You can always just get a fade if the thinning gets bad on the back and sides. My back and sides look thicker when grown out.

Im still shedding a disproportionate amount of miniturized hairs, but havent lost any visible density yet.

Suspect it may just be permanent follicle damage from when I was abusing 25mg aromasin everyday for months when I was 17.

My eyebrows thinned out like crazy and I was shedding hair all over my body

Thanks, this applies for all areas? Has fin helped?

Retrograde is a meme.

Just pop some dut and youll be fine. Literally just regular ass androgenic alopecia
Weren’t you just saying ur doomed and there’s no cure? Or did u mean dupa. I have the normal MBP dupa+ retrograde and very very slight thinning in occipital

You probably just have mbp with slight universal thinning.

True dupa would be truly unpatterned all across the scalp

I do shed a disproportionate amount of miniturized hairs universally across my scalp.

But im starting to suspect my 4 month blast of 25mg aromasin everyday being the cause of permanent universal hair miniturization

do you know anything about fin shedding

Been on fin for 12 days and like the sides of my head and crown is brutally shedding

Can a shed onset this quick or is this just progression of hair loss

It’s the old hair being pushed out by new ones that’s good

A tad, yea.

I thought it was fake while using it until I started turning in voldemort

If you need a confirmation the most definitive thing would be to get a punch biopsy from a dermatologist to confirm it’s AGA or otherwise.

But if you are losing hairs that are frequently falling out that look thin and are under 4cm in length that’s a sign of AGA

Yeah I have hella miniaturized hairs. They’re also way lighter than the rest. Nuclear time 🥵
