Landlords also want financial security with so many people losing their jobs etc.

Trust, i face the reverse situation, i have a room to rent but no one wants an ethnic landlord or to live with other ethnics.

1. Apologise to your father, move back in with him until you have enough savings to find your own place.
2. Take out a loan with extortionate interest that "you won't pay back" that will destroy your credit score and ability to take out future loans.
