Most construction companies will hire anyone so you will be working with functional alcoholics/drug addicts or convicts and immigrants at the bottom rung

BUT

If you are not retarded you can probably move up quicker or get into a skilled trade (after trying out different ones). A bunch of my uncles are in home building and they make a good living.

idk if you are a brainlet or whatever but if you can't get a job in IT or finance or something you actually have to work for a living and get a manual labor skill.
