I tried leaning down to almost 10% and still had little to no quads showing on normal lighting…
I have streation on my chest, triceps, deltoids, and almost even abs but no fucking streations on my quads.
And the thing is i train legs so it’s not a lack of muscle, they are visibly big and hard when i touch them.
Any advice?
