Can’t get Lean Quads because of shit fat storage genetics…

I tried leaning down to almost 10% and still had little to no quads showing on normal lighting…

I have streation on my chest, triceps, deltoids, and almost even abs but no fucking streations on my quads.

And the thing is i train legs so it’s not a lack of muscle, they are visibly big and hard when i touch them.

Any advice?

Who cares? Why would you want lean quads anyway as long as your upper body is lean

Why do you want striations on your quads?
Theres no benefit to that unless youre competing in a bb show or something.
Just be lean and tall and ur gucci.

looks very good in the summer when you wear short shorts and have lean aesthetic legs.

Also i want to shave off some of my leg hairs but if i do now ill look like a girl because i have no definition.

I’m pretty boy maxing and having shaved lean aesthetic legs is a must imo, just look at all tiktok prettyboys wearing shorts with lean legs…girls love that

i gain it first in my legs, then belly and face.

I get ultra bloated in my face if i’m not sub 13/14%

Thats nice so you don't have chicken legs and you can be leaner on other bodyparts.
Its just bad for calisthenics.

Just wear thin, oversized jeans instead of shorts
i have good legs, i’m not skinny so it’s not that.

I want to have striations because they look ultra good imo, and i wear shorts regardless in the summer

yeah i get very lean upper body and not so lean legs, i just wanted to have striation cuz they mog but whatever…

Legs are literally nothing. As long as they’re proportional to the rest of your body.
