the second I’m awake to the last minute before i sleep I’m on my phone

I spent a day without my phone and i deadass started crying like 10 hours in

because it forced me to remember who i am and what happened in my life leading to this point

When I’m on my phone I’m genuinely blissful and energized

The minute i leave my phone alone reality comes crashing and all the "happiness" i had left goes away truly brutal shit

I can’t stand being alone with my thoughts i can barely sleep at night

Even during childhood i would do the same thing but with books to stop thinking thoughts

Or i would just read until i got tired enough to easily sleep

Just bad childhood, alcoholic dad, and just depressing family which was kinda traumatic i think to me (as a kid)
