I could grow a full beard by the age of 13. I think its a little bit over, but it doesnt matter if u got good bones. I got shit bones but can grow beard.

Just max your lower third out with fillers/implants and it won't matter much

It's possible you might still be able to grow a beard later in life but the chances are very slim
