Can’t grow beard and have no hair on my chest

But I’m 17 I barely have chest hair and I can’t grow a beard. Idk what’s wrong with me

At 21 I had no hair on my chest small hands wrists and feet 58 kg twink and my t levels were measured at 1050

Don’t listen to those saying low T, my testosterone was 967/1200 and I had no beard. I started using minox and I’m good now, starting oral today u could try

i started getting a little chest hair and beard at 17-18
