Can’t I pull with MSE forever?

It’s obvious that slow expansion is the best for MSE so I thought to myself.. why not just do MSE+facepulling forever and turn the MSE screw very very little? Can’t I just never take out the appliance?

You can try, post the before and after pictures. You are most likely just getting the screws tipped and dragged, no real expansion.
