I can tell my face is lopsided,
And on ratings ppl have said my eye area is bad

When I look in the mirror it looks like 1 eye is closer to the nose than the other
Is that caused by my tilted nose or something else
Any recommendations or any advice would be greatly appreciated
I’m starting a routine for chin tucks and eye exercises (orbicularis oculi pushing or soemthing)
Any other excuses or suggestions at all would be appreciated
Photos I added for refrence

I just conveniently made a thread about this a while ago, I think we may have the same issue. Notice how it's not just your eye, your ear is also lower than the other, you're tilting your head, likely issue with your shoulder positioning.

I recommend giving this a read:

Also, orbiculari training is cope and won't really fix this issue, or any issue at all

What should I do,
And what is wrong
Is it the canthil tilt or the eyes weirdly positioned
One eye is lower than the other, there's surgery for that but it's very risky and unlikely you'll get it, it's reserved for extreme cases, the orbital bones have to be cut and repositioned.

As a side note, this isn't the only solution for it, a surgery like this will work (assuming it's not a postural issue like we suggested, unlikely, but still), but his issue isn't extreme enough to choose a "nuke" solution. Orbital floor reconstruction with hydroxyapatite can fix an orbital asymmetry if it's just a few millimeters

Some photos I took just now, looks to be a bit tilted
Sleep on back + some back stretches?

Sleeping on your back and stretching won't do much, you need physical therapy corrections. Your issue is likely a muscle imbalance, so you need to strengthen weak muscles to correct your issue. Also yeah, its 100% an issue with your scapular positioning, just look at this

I genuinely fucking love you:feelsautistic:
In your case I'd honestly replace T-Raises for Scapula Pull-Ups. Also, note that you're meant to do this exercises single-handed (aside from scapular pull-ups), so you'd obviously start with your weaker side first and then match whatever weight and reps you do on the other side to avoid causing an imbalance.

Lastly, you may also benefit from doing a couple broomstick stretch, dead hangs, doorway stretches, maybe some banded mobilization or even soft tissue work. But this is completely optional, and more targeted to fixing any pain or temporarily relieving the issue, it's a nice add-on, but all the heavy lifting of correcting the issue will be done by the 3 exercises listed
