Can’t Lift for a Month

Injured and can’t lift for a month. Just as I was making gains bro.

I still don’t have abs even though a hand held bf meter said I was 11% bf so I think I’m higher.

Should I:

1. Eat at maintenance
2. Eat at deficit

I’d eat a lot of protein of course.

Would lifting like 5ib weights even make a difference for maintaining muscle? That’s basically all I can lift.
 
Eat at mantinence to retain muscle. You'll gain anything you lost back once you start training again. What surgery did you get?
 
Yeah maintenance with very high protein should help you retain most of it.
