Can't sit and study, always leave things for last minute, 4-5 hour screen time daily. I love the thought of being successful and doing well in school/life, but I can't get myself to be consistent. I can go to the gym 5x a week without a problem because I enjoy it, but when it comes to school or other things I'm a lazy fuck. What should I do starting now?

mate i had a same problem,the best thing you can do is dopamine detox,as someone who is in medical high school and has psychoology as a subject we cant be sure that you can increase your iq but there are some speculations on how to increase it and dopamine detox is great way,there are many other ways and if you are interested i can also present you all of them.So the question is how not to leave everything for the last minute well you ofc need to fix your organisation and im not going to get into that bc you need to do it on your own.But also the most important thing is you need to learn how to study ,stop repeating and reading sentences and scientific terms that you dont understand for 100 times thats called passive studying,you need to learn techniques i personally use Feynman and i also like to read all notes immediately after the class i also believe thats what all of these smart people out there do they find the best way to study and then they just do it ofc because of their intelligence it is easier for them and they adapt faster but that doesnt mean you should give up.

It depends what you're studying but you have to figure out how to make studying it fun and enjoyable.

What you saying is good advice. Curious if you recommended pharmacology to improve studying.

Same nigga always been like this. It will always get progressively worse. My attention span and willingness to study deteriorates every year and I always achieve less and less.

I'll try to get my hands on some study drugs or I know it's over jfl

nap for 20 minutes before you need to do work.
 
Put yourself in an environment where you're unable to be distracted, e.g., at the library with peers.
Works well for me.
