Can’t tell if I either had 5 or 6 hours of sleep

Throughout the first 4 hours and 50 minutes I had a deep sleep then I woke up go use the bathroom and maybe sip on some water then go back to sleep. For the next half it was a 1 hour one where I was half awake but dreaming at the same time but I still managed to get a decent lucid dream about my oneitis near the ending

if i dont set an alarm i sleep 9 hours

It really does. I have also had nights where I wasn’t even sure if I slept at all.

You seem to still have a problem with it to this day is your condition genetic?

I would say it’s environmental, but I now realize all of my brothers deal with sleeping problems. One of my brothers takes sleeping pills. But he also has Xanax.

im too scared of lucid dreaming, scared of a lucid nightmare.
