Is Canthal Tilt Surgery worth it, it doesn't seem to be a too complicated of a surgery and I have a slight negative tilt and with a positive tilt would ascend me crazy.

First of all, your eyes are quite beautiful. Second, I don't understand why you chose lower eye implants when you have such an upper eyelid appearance (UEE). Also, your lower eyelid support and medial canthus look quite good. A fat graft and canthoplasty for your upper orbit would be sufficient.
