I know this is a grey post but, Is it possible to change the lateral canthus tilt more upwards, or is there any way to make an illusion that the lateral canthus is more positive?

there are a LOT of ways

you don't even need to hardmax (if u want to, then do a canthoplasty, brow lift, or blepharoplasty)

developing ur bones (gaining more bone mass) can easily increase the positive tilt, and there are many ways to do this. I think the easiest way is increasing ur testosterone (you can do this naturally or just inject T) Also various pulling/pushing methods and bone mashing maybe JFL

You can also use the hair around ur eyes to give an illusion of a more positive tilt (brow shaping and outer lashes)

You can try facial exercises, might be cope or ineffective
