my guess is that a forehead incision is used like a forehead lift but to raise the under eyelid or sum like that instead
a canthopexy by itself involves no cutting of the skin, it uses sutures n shi

Prob not supee high,its mostly lift of some sorts like brow lifts that get botched and makes people look like ailen,not super difficult procedure and never seen a botch
