What is better for improving the eye area /canthal tilt canthoplasty or fat grafts.

I personally think fat grafts but I am not really sure.I will surely get one at 18

Only way CT can be changed is with canthoplasty, how do you change CT with fat grafts?

It doesnt change it but it can make tour eye area better resulting in the cantal tilt not mattering that much
