Canthoplasty

Is a canthoplasty valid? I don't even think it would be enough but my eyes are horribly downturned so I'm considering a canthoplasty. Would it do any good? Not much else to work with tbh

Not sure but you could prob get blepharo for the excess soft tissue on the upper sides

lateral canthoplasty is the standard procedure for this problem yea

but these kind of questions are best asked directly to any good oculoplastic surgeon. You eyes may even be fixable with a canthopexy, just contact a surgeon and plan it through.
