Car detailing empire idea

I plan to start a mobile car detailing business. Advertise locally. Scale until I have a dedicated car. Then eventually employ friends. Put them on a payroll then invest in a building to house and maintain more detailing vehicles. Employ more people but I’m bringing in more and more money as the boss. Is this a bad idea to pursue? I’ve always wanted to do something like this and chances are my job will end up being in the automotive field.
