I just crashed out no santa cruz on carbs(mashed potatoes and bread) after 3 days of no carbs. Should I just start carb cycling itll be better for muscle growth and facially

but carb cycling is just better in general. Plus all id eat is complex carbs like oats and potatoes

Try and have your daily carbs right before and after the gym

I think I might just eat potatoes for my carb intake because of the fiber content
