it is gluten that causes facial bloating.

nothing about the carb molecule itself would cause facial bloating. the 3-4g of water is stored within the muscles, not in the fat, so has no reason to cause facial bloating - if anything, leaner since it slightly stretches the skin more since your face has muscles.

typically people eat, bread, pasta, cereal, and biscuits regularly, which are very common carb sources. These carb sources are also high in gluten, processed, and high salt. since these are common carb sources, and people get bloat after eating them. Then they just correlate carbs with bloating, when it isn't the carb itself causing bloating, it's the gluten, etc that is causing it.

I can't see a reason why gluten-free, non-processed carb sources would cause facial bloating. vegans who are typically who are gluten-free mostly and eat high-carbs do not have facial bloat. I'm not saying go vegan etc, your diet should still revolve around meats, etc, but bananas, potatoes, and white rice for example have no reason to bloat the face.

being low/no carb is also shit for you, worse thyroid, lower test, low libido, higher cortisol, etc

How would gluten cause water retention jfl

it will result in inflammation, give your GI tract a hard time, and people will ignorantly blame the carbs because they are unknowledgeable

Why are you dirty bulking as a real deal looksmaxxer?

You’re retarded.

The bloating is a symptom of the Randle Cycle caused by the consumption of both carbohydrates and fats.

Humans are obligate hyper carnivores. Stop eating plants.

why would that have anything to do with water retention in the face

that is obv because you have so much muscle. 1 liter of water retention will make a much bigger difference for someone who is 60kg vs someone who is 100kg

Niggas will do anything to justify that carbohydrates are good for their bodies when they could go on a carnivorous diet and lose fat and build mass at the same time

If you wanted to eat cauliflower as your vegetable carb sources you can if you wanted to barely no difference with broccoli.

Fruits, not really because apparently they have “good carbs”

I think good carbs are something like it having to do with not spiking your insulin/glucose levels as much it does compared to bad carbs idk

Yeah literally anything.

I’ve been experimenting for years since the Zyros days and instead of starvcelling for 3-4 days I just do cardio the day I wanna look good and then I’m debloated for nearly 24 hours.

Need to sweat loads though, so I just push hard on treadmill for an hour.

so not bloating from any carb is a matter of how active your are basically.

Seems that way yeah.

Although when I was experimenting with food for years I always found that sodium was 10x worse than carbs when it came to face bloat.
