Not sure why so many people are against high carb diets

If you eat around 4-5g/kg of bodyweight per day, your glycogen stores will be fully maxed

This makes a huge difference in strength compared to if you were to be on a low carb diet

They are an exteremely useful tool when used right

I agree. People don’t like it because it “bloats them” but high quality carbs are essential IMO.
