Ive heard many takes about diet on this forum, so im not sure what to recommend. Personally I think that as long as you get enough proteins, avoid excessive and refined sugar (eat only fruit and honey), avoid gluten, avoid casein (when possible) and eat enough fermented food, its a good diet.
