this should be common sense but you should be eating at least 50 grams of carbs 30 minutes before a workout first time you do you will feel like superman and than you can slowly eating more carbs before the gym depending on how big you are

anti-nutrients are not by any means inherently bad for you

in realistic amounts they are neutral for health

it suprises me how many "primal" followers there are on here, seeing as most people seem to be scientifically inclined
