Without them i am more clear headed, less stressed, better posture, less bloated, music sounds better, i can concentrate better, less to no suicidal thoughts

Meanwhile chad eat croissants and pizza for breakfast lunch and dinner and is completely fine

I used to eat one large burger, chicken tandoori and drink 2 cans of soda everyday until I recently started leanmaxxing.

My lifts are also much higher when I have had some junk food 2-3 hours prior too. Carbs are great as a pre workout

You might be sensitive to some foods, you don't digest them properly or they cause inflammation in your body, I suggest keeping a food and health journal where you write every day how you feel, what you ate, drank or did that day, you might discover some surprising things.
