Should I eat carbs while being in puberty or nah? I was carnivore for a few days and after I started eating normal I grew 1.5cm do y’all know why

I thought it’s because of ,,fasting‘‘ for example if you fast 48h you’ll get a hg and test boost?
 
to achieve maximum growth during puberty you need to have carbs and sugar, fasting helps, but isn't really recommended for young people, carbs are paramount for body healing and growth.

the carnivore diet is utter shit, no our ancestors did not eat only meat, they had a mix of carbs, fibers, proteins, etc.

going carnivore, and excessive fasting is a death sentence for your height, and bone growth during puberty

even cutting is a risk to your growth during puberty, eat as much as you can

Alright, but what if eat dozens of sugar products which make me fater and fater? Body produces estrogen and plates close? You prob mean that I should ,,healthy‘‘ stuff right?

as long as you exercise often you shouldn't become too fat to the point you look out of shape, unless you have shit genetics. make sure you are doing cardio.

eat healthy sugars coming from fruits, but don't be afraid to have the odd sweets or chocolate, or cake everyday; just don't overdo it.

and eat a shit ton of food, mostly healthy but do not be afraid to have the odd take out here and there.

fizzy drinks aren't that detrimental to your health either, as long as its not litres a day.

don't be afraid to pig out when you need to.

it's all about balance.
